What Information We Collect
When someone visits www.cultivatedmanagement.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Please see Google’s Privacy and Compliance policies for more information.
We have configured Google to maintain this data for 14 months after which it will be deleted.
“The Manager” Newsletter
We use a third party email provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our weekly newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. By signing up to the newsletter you will provide us with your email address, which we will only use to send our weekly newsletter.
If you have signed up for the newsletter we will periodically send you promotional emails about services which we think you may find interesting. You are able to unsubscribe at any time from right within the email.
If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing us at email@example.com
We use a self hosted WordPress installation to run the Cultivated Management website, blog and microsites.
We host on TSOHost. TSOHost collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
We use a third party provider, Hootsuite to manage our social media interactions.
If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite. It will not be shared with any other organisations.
People who email
We use Google Mail for email to send, receive, encrypt and protect email traffic in line with Google’s standard recommendations. If your email service does not support secure connections, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
We also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
We use strong passwords and two-factor authentication for email.
People who use Cultivated Management’s Services
Cultivated Management offers various services to businesses and the general public. We use a third party to handle some online courses and booking events, but they are only allowed to use the information to send out the course details or event timings.
We have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it.
However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested. We will never add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else. We may occasionally follow up with surveys to assess our services and your experience of them. You can easily unsubscribe from these updates.
We collect the following information from our newsletter subscriptions, webinars and training events:
- your name and business name
- contact details including email address, full address, postcode, country
The tools we use for this currently are Eventbrite.
Security and performance
Cultivated Management uses a third party WordPress plugin to help maintain the security and performance of the Cultivated Management website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the Cultivated Management website.

Access to personal information
